Part of #5. For episodes with two guests, or a host and a guest.

Idea
The show name and an "EP 42" badge sit at the top. In the center are two large initials circles side by side with "&" between them, with names and roles under each. The episode title is at the bottom, auto-sized.

  • File: src/templates/podcast/conversation.ts, id podcast-conversation
  • Fields: commonFields.title, showName, episodeNumber, guest1, guest1Role, guest2, guest2Role (all text), commonFields.bgColor, commonFields.accentColor, commonFields.textColor

  • Closest reference: src/templates/podcast/guest-spotlight.ts, src/templates/event/multi-speaker.ts

Acceptance criteria

  • Long names are truncated so the two columns stay the same width
  • Re-exported in src/templates/podcast/index.ts and registered in the Podcast block of src/templates/registry.ts
  • Meets the shared template checklist in #5
