What happened?
The core README lists old default models. packages/core/README.md line 39 says:
Default models:
claude-haiku-4-5-20251001(Claude),gpt-4o-mini(OpenAI),gemini-2.0-flash(Gemini).
but the providers use claude-haiku-5-5 (claude.ts:18), gpt-5-mini (openai.ts:17) and gemini-3.5-flash-lite (gemini.ts:26). The website's core/providers.mdx and the server README already have the new ones, so only the core README is behind. Anyone leaving model out from the README gets a different model than it says.
What did you expect?
The line lists claude-haiku-5-5, gpt-5-mini and gemini-3.5-flash-lite. I'd also switch the example above it (line 21) to claude-haiku-5-5 so it shows the current default.
How can we reproduce it?
Compare packages/core/README.md:39 with DEFAULT_MODEL in packages/core/src/providers/claude.ts, openai.ts and gemini.ts on dev.
