描述
EnvironmentViewSet has no pagination_class, so it falls back to DRF's 10 per page and ignores page_size. Features, identities and experiments use CustomPagination.
#8654 works around this on the frontend with fetchAllPages / getAllEnvironments.
Fix: set pagination_class = CustomPagination on EnvironmentViewSet, then drop getAllEnvironments in favour of getEnvironments.
Note: the default page size goes from 10 to 999 for every caller.
