The warning comes from PyTables pickling objects it cannot store as C types, reported at climada.engine.unsequa.unc_output line 1162 and climada.util.calibrate.ensemble line 214. Start by reading the data written at those two lines to see which object types are involved. Done means the PerformanceWarning no longer appears when the test suite runs, and the stored data still round-trips correctly.
