The pandas FutureWarning is raised at the concat call at line 355 of climada/hazard/centroids/centr.py, so start there. Find which input entries can be empty or all-NA, and filter them out before the concat so the result dtypes stay the same. Done means the warning no longer appears when the code path runs, and the centroids behaviour is unchanged.

FutureWarning
The behavior of DataFrame concatenation with empty or all-NA entries is deprecated. In a future version, this will no longer exclude empty or all-NA columns when determining the result dtypes. To retain the old behavior, exclude the relevant entries before the concat operation.
