Can't `cbind` DelayedArray instances with other matrix-likes

I could have sworn this used to work.

cbind(y, x)

Two DelayedArrays are fine:
cbind(y, y)
## <10 x 20> matrix of class DelayedMatrix and type "double":
## etc.
