Refresh haptics is broken after RefreshControl remount.
Disabling view recycling for RCTPullToRefreshViewComponentView fixes the issue.
Steps to reproduce
- Run the repro project on a physical device
- Refresh - haptics works
- Click remount
- Refresh again - haptics gone
