Refresh haptics is broken after RefreshControl remount

Chạy reproducer bắt buộc trên thiết bị iOS vật lý và xác nhận rằng haptics dừng sau khi remount RefreshControl. Refresh haptics is broken after RefreshControl remount.
Disabling view recycling for RCTPullToRefreshViewComponentView fixes the issue.

Steps to reproduce

1. Run the repro project on a physical device
2. Refresh - haptics works
3. Click remount
4. Refresh again - haptics gone
