Start by reviewing the GUI's single-line linting flow and the possible PEtab library boundary; no files or tests are named in the issue. Identify representative false positives and document the trade-off between checking each change and rerunning the full linting process. Done means the false-positive cases are listed and a direction for handling them is agreed.

When checking a Single Line we might encounter False Positives. If we check at each change the whole linting problem it will take too long. Therefore, balancing these needs needs to be discussed. Potentially things can be handled in the PEtab library.
