Start by reproducing the issue in the PEtab file whose tables are already filled, then compare it with a file started from 0, where the problem is absent. Trace handling of noiseFormula in the Observable Table and consider the issue done when noiseParameter1_{observableId} is accepted for every observableId without breaking newly created files.

描述
Under noiseFormula, writing "noiseParameter1_{observableId}" is not accepted for any observableId. This happened in a PEtab file where all tables were already filled. When starting from 0 in another file, the problem was not there anymore.
