Start by reviewing the GUI's single-line linting flow and the possible PEtab library boundary; no files or tests are named in the issue. Identify representative false positives and document the trade-off between checking each change and rerunning the full linting process. Done means the false-positive cases are listed and a direction for handling them is agreed.
