Lab exercises that today are prepared outside ECCE, to be set up, launched and analysed entirely in ECCE, with what is missing filed as issues:
- Gaussian 16: relaxed scan, QST3 transition state, IRC, thermochemistry, Raman.
- GROMACS: umbrella sampling, windows taken from a pull trajectory, analysis with WHAM (gmx wham) and the PMF plotted.
- QSAR: descriptors from a set of calculations, a regression against measured values.
