Reduce runtime of `convert_output` tests

Mô tả
The current convert_output test loops over all SS3 fixture models (tests/testthat/test-convert_output.R with fixtures/ss3_models/models/*). At 18 total models, this takes substantial time. Reducing the number of models to be tested should greatly increase efficiency, particularly given the size of some SS3 Report.sso files.
I propose selecting 3-5 models that span a range of complexity and SS3 modeling options to create a representative subset of models to test on. Initial thoughts are that:
- Hake_2018 or Hake_2019_semi-parametric_selex
- Empirical_Wtatage_Age_Selex
- platoons
- three_area_nomove
And one of: BigSkate2019, vermillion_snapper, Simple_*
would make for a nice subset in terms of features and complexity.
