We noticed an unexpected behavior when working with the AgentTicketCompose action and the FAQ integration.

Steps to reproduce:

Open a ticket.
Use AgentTicketCompose.
Use the FAQ option and perform a search.
Insert one or more FAQ articles into the message and Close the ticket..

After closing the ticket, the system automatically redirects to the FAQ search view:

http://localhost/otobo/index.pl?Action=AgentFAQSearchSmall;Subaction=Search;Profile=last-search;SortBy=FAQID;OrderBy=Down;TakeLastSearch=1;StartHit=1;Nav=None

Expected behavior:
After closing the ticket, the user should be redirected back to the ticket overview.
