Start by tracing the existing ORCA and MOPAC registrations and reading the relevant EDML, editor, input-generator, and output-parser entry points. The work must add xtb 6.7.1 support for energies, geometry, charges, orbitals from the Molden file, and vibrations. Done means the full registration is available and its semi-empirical results can feed the MO diagram workflow described in #301.

GFN2-xTB uses a non-orthogonal minimal basis of Slater functions and writes its orbitals and basis to a Molden file. That is what the fragment-orbital MO diagram (#301) needs: basis overlaps to project on. MOPAC results use an orthonormal basis, so the MO diagram is not offered for them (since 75681028 on the 9.3 work).
Scope: a full code registration, like ORCA and MOPAC (EDML, editor, input generator, output parser for energies, geometry, charges, orbitals from the Molden file, vibrations). xtb 6.7.1 is packaged in Debian (xtb), under the LGPL.
