Start with pubspec.yaml and the SDK mark at lib/assets/brand/dogpack.svg in the cached devdogsuga_sdk package; check the existing Android and iOS asset catalogs before configuring generators. Create the 1024 px icon and splash assets, run dart run flutter_launcher_icons, then build and launch the debug APK. Done means the launcher masks show the mark correctly, cold start shows the branded splash, and only the listed resources and configuration files changed.

What to build

Replace the default Flutter icon and splash with DogPack's. The mark ships in the SDK package as dogpack.svg (inside the SDK package at lib/assets/brand/dogpack.svg; the Flutter asset key is packages/devdogsuga_sdk/assets/brand/dogpack.svg, already declared in pubspec.yaml; find the file under ~/.pub-cache/hosted/pub.dev/devdogsuga_sdk-*/); export a 1024 px PNG with a transparent background (and an adaptive-icon foreground with safe padding) into assets/icon/. Configure flutter_launcher_icons (dev dependency) and a native splash for Android and iOS, then run the generators and commit the output.

Acceptance

  • Launcher icon on the emulator is the DogPack mark, round and square masks both look right.
  • Cold start shows the brand background and mark, not a white screen with the Flutter logo.
  • Only generated resource files and the files above changed.
  • CI's android job (builds and boots the APK) passes.

dart run flutter_launcher_icons, flutter build apk --debug, install, and attach a screenshot of the launcher and of the splash.
