Three flutter/packages iOS example apps crash at launch when their native tests run on the iOS 27 simulator with Xcode 27, so the native test step of ios_platform_tests fails for them:

(Both are staging.shadow led replays with sdk_version: 27a266a; the earlier Xcode 27 runs behind #194019 never reached this step because xcode analyze deprecation failed first.)

Application failed to launch: UIScene life cycle is required for apps built with this SDK. See "Transitioning to the UIKit scene-based life cycle" in the UIKit documentation for more information on migration.
The test runner crashed before establishing connection: Runner

For the two google_maps examples all four GoogleMapsUITests fail with dev.flutter.plugins.googleMobileMapsExample crashed, then the unit-test host hits the same error. For webview_flutter_wkwebview the UI tests pass but the unit-test Runner host fails to launch.

Cause: these are the only iOS example apps in the repo whose example/ios/Runner/Info.plist has no UIApplicationSceneManifest. iOS 27 requires the scene-based life cycle for apps built against its SDK (same root cause as #187870 on the framework side). The other iOS examples (google_maps_flutter_ios, google_sign_in_ios, in_app_purchase_storekit, camera_avfoundation, image_picker_ios, url_launcher_ios, video_player_avfoundation, …) already have the manifest and launch fine on iOS 27.
