[BUG] - Problem with api Revision description with accentuation

Bắt đầu trong luồng publisher xử lý các bản sửa đổi API trong v6.0.1.1, tập trung vào cách mô tả bản sửa đổi chứa các ký tự có dấu được xử lý trước khi JSON reader gặp lỗi tại 0xEF. Tái hiện báo cáo bằng một mô tả có dấu và xác nhận rằng thông tin API được áp dụng mà không xảy ra JsonException đã được báo cáo.

When we have an api Revision description with accentuation, the have this problem below:
