[BUG] - Problem with api Revision description with accentuation

Comienza en el flujo de publicación que procesa las revisiones de API en v6.0.1.1, centrándote en cómo se gestiona una descripción de revisión que contiene caracteres acentuados antes de que el lector JSON falle con 0xEF. Reproduce el informe con una descripción acentuada y confirma que la información de la API se aplica sin la JsonException indicada.
