Research direction

Start by reading the shared ID grammar and the exported gate() and mintReceipt() entry points. Trace the listed ID fields through both library boundaries and check the ground truth contract for the required behavior. Done means every screen or surface ID is validated with a typed error naming its field and position, without echoing the ID.

Description

area: engine enhancement security

What

The shared id grammar is enforced where files are read: config, route sidecar, docs manifest, requirements, and noise budget keys. The exported gate() and mintReceipt() accept ids directly: coverage.affected[].screenId, drafts[].screenId, floor.entries[].screenId, waivers[].surface, cleanlyScannedScreens, checked, applicability[].screenId, and the config object handed to mintReceipt(). None is re-checked on the library path.

Direction

Validate every screen or surface id field at the boundary of both exported functions, refusing with a typed error that names the field and position and never echoes the id. The contract in the ground truth states this boundary explicitly.
