Research direction

Start in src/floor/prune.ts and trace how prune writes the floor fields. Add a test that prunes a floor marked with scope: 'partial' and checks that the marker survives; the issue does not name a test file, so locate the existing prune tests. Done when pruning preserves unchanged top-level fields.

Description

area: engine bug

What happens

src/floor/prune.ts writes the floor back as { version, entries } only. A floor that usabl baseline --partial marked with scope: 'partial' loses that marker after a prune.

Why it matters

The marker tells later runs and reviewers that the floor was recorded from an incomplete run. Losing it makes a partial floor read as a complete one.

Fix direction

Prune keeps every top-level field it does not change. Add a test that prunes a partial floor and checks the marker survives.
