Research direction

Start with the team-orientation linked in the issue, then read the H5 entry in human-tasks.md to understand the handoff. Find a suitable unfamiliar project and wire usabl into its workflow; record the friction as backlog. Done when usabl gates that real project and the friction has been recorded.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

enhancement human task

The fixture is built to fail in known ways. Real confidence comes from wiring usabl into a project it did not grow up with.

  • Why: dogfooding on an unfamiliar repo surfaces real friction the fixture cannot.
  • Owner: any teammate with a candidate repo.
  • Acceptance: usabl gates a real project, and the friction is recorded as backlog.
  • Target: v0.2.2.

Prerequisite for every human task: complete team-orientation first (usabl-dev.github.io/usabl/team-orientation.html), so the owner shares the result model, the four surfaces, and the claim boundary.
