Research direction

Search the repository for Visual.json to find where the file at /tmp/Visual.json is detected and parsed on startup. Read that call site plus any surrounding option/config parsing to see how other flags are threaded through, then gate the read behind an explicit command-line or config option (defaulting to off). Done looks like: with no flag the file is ignored entirely, and a test or manual run confirms it is only loaded when requested — no test file is named in the payload, so check the existing test suite for startup/config behaviour first.

Description

It can be confusing. It might be better to only recognise that file and read it if explicitly asked to.
