Bug Description

The duos 's overlay can end up obscured behind the island under some circumstances, needing to be toggled off and on again to be back to normal.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Have duo and island enabled
  2. Enter full-screen in an app like YouTube
  3. Leave full-screen and see that duo is underneath the island now
Expected Behavior

The duo should stay above the island the whole time not matter what
