Problem Statement

Enabling "Hide complication inside the app" also hides regular notifications from the same app, which is inconvenient, especially in messaging apps where I still want to see notifications while using them.

Proposed Solution

Add a "Hide complication inside app" toggle under media-specific settings.

When enabled, the media player complication should be hidden whenever the user is inside the app playing the media, without affecting regular notifications from that app or any other app.

For example, opening Spotify while listening to music should hide its media player complication, but regular Spotify notifications should remain visible. WhatsApp and Telegram notifications should also remain unaffected in their respective apps.

Alternatives Considered

The existing global setting affects all notifications from the app. A separate media-specific toggle would provide more granular control without changing existing behaviour.
