[Feature]: Add a built in status bar with the island

Description
Problem Statement
The island always has issues with custom status bars, and while the ability to hide the OEM status bar is nifty, it's not as proper as adding a dedicated status bar that dynamically reacts with the island.
Proposed Solution
Add a custom status bar with the island so that:
• Non - pixel users (eg. Samsung users) can experience the pixel UI status bar with it's charging animations
• For more dynamic status bar reactions in case the island goes over it
• More accurate with the official iOS dynamic island
Alternatives Considered
Add compatibility with custom status bar apps like neo status bar
