Research direction

Start by checking #6738 to see how the user who started a run is recorded, then read the duplicate one-shot Slack button handling referenced in the issue’s origin discussion. Update the message to name that user when a duplicate click removes the button, and verify the relevant tests cover the message wording.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

hackbot

A duplicate click on a one-shot Slack button removes the button but doesn't name anyone, because we don't know who started the run. Once #6738 records that user, we should name them in the message.
