Research direction

Find the start_agent_run listener and identify which fields it reads from the raw Slack payload; the issue does not name a file or tests. Read the originating review linked in the issue for context, then check how the project handles Pydantic models. Done means the fields used by the handler are represented by a Pydantic model and the handler uses that model.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

hackbot

The start_agent_run listener reads the Slack payload as raw dicts. A Pydantic model covering only the fields we use would make the handler simpler.
