Start by tracing the auction house scan and retry handling that emit the reported messages; the issue does not name source files or tests. Reproduce a scan where the auction count changes and item 17 repeatedly fails, then determine how the scan should preserve partial data while recovering. Done means scans can handle this failure without repeatedly aborting and the resulting data behavior is verified.

Description

Almost every week after a server restart AHDB seems to be unable to complete a scan. Not sure if we could skip failing scan, because for me having at least partial data from the AH would be valuable.
