Research direction

Start by reviewing tlparse's command-line entry point and how the current TORCH_TRACE=./tmp python foo.py followed by tlparse ./tmp workflow is handled. Determine how a --script "python foo.py" form should connect trace generation with parsing. Done means users can run the workflow with one command and receive the parsed output.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

to use tlparse right now, it is a two-liner:

TORCH_TRACE=./tmp python foo.py
tlparse ./tmp

We should just develop a one-liner for this to make it easier for open source users to grok.

tlparse --script "python foo.py" or something.
