Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by reading the repository's CLI structure and tracing how the tlparse zip artifact is produced; clarify the expected upload flow, artifact selection, and returned sharing link before implementation, then verify that the link exposes the intended artifact.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

We ask open source people for tlparses. They are commonly confused about what artifact to actually send us (the zip file, but I receive inductor output_code quite often). We should provide some way for the user to upload the tlparse artifacts to e.g. gist and so a pytorch developer can download things from there. (suggested by @oulgen)
