反馈几个翻译延迟和漏译的问题：

  1. 仓库页面的导航栏（Code, Issues, Pull requests 等）在登录状态下翻译延迟明显。
  2. 点击右上角用户头像展开的“用户导航菜单”，其中的内容翻译有延迟。
  3. Issues 界面的“Projects（项目）”下拉菜单在无内容时，提示语未翻译。
  4. Issues 界面左侧边栏底部的“Collapse sidebar”以及部分议题筛选条件（如 Created by me 等）未完全翻译。
步骤
  1. 导航栏延迟：分别在未登录和登录状态下，重新加载任意仓库主页（如： https://github.com/maboloshi/github-chinese ），观察顶部仓库导航栏变为中文的时间。
  2. 头像菜单延迟：点击右上角用户头像，观察下拉菜单内容从英文变为中文的时间。
  3. 项目提示漏译：进入仓库 Issues 页面，点击列表上方的“Projects”下拉框（在无关联项目时）。（如： https://github.com/maboloshi/github-chinese/issues ）
  4. 侧边栏漏译：在 Issues 页面，查看左侧边栏上方的筛选条件和底部的折叠按钮。（如： https://github.com/maboloshi/github-chinese/issues ）
预期
  1. 期望登录状态下的导航栏翻译速度能尽可能接近未登录状态。
  2. 头像下拉菜单的内容能更快完成翻译。
  3. 翻译 Projects 下拉框的提示语：“No projects were found. Please try a different search query.”
  4. 完全翻译左侧栏的“Collapse sidebar”及“Created by me”、“Mentioned”、“Recent activity”、“分配给 me”等文本。
实际
  1. 未登录时导航栏翻译耗时约 0.27 秒，而登录状态下耗时高达约 1.72 秒，延迟感非常明显。
  2. 用户头像下拉菜单的内容翻译耗时约 0.5 秒。其他下拉菜单翻译几乎是瞬间的。
  3. Projects 无内容时显示纯英文原文。
  4. Issues 左侧边栏存在中英混排（如“分配给 me”）及未翻译的纯英文（如 Created by me, Collapse sidebar）。
