Start with the referenced gremlin_helper.py and Neptune bootstrap minimal.sh to identify the existing parameter defaults, then inspect the CloudFormation templates that expose NEPTUNE_READER_HOST. The issue also proposes adding authentication modes and revisiting required parameters, so first agree on which of the suggested smaller changes to take. Done means the chosen parameters or auth mode are exposed and the corresponding deployment guidance reflects the supported configuration.

Cloud formation currently only exposes NEPTUNE_READER_HOST, should also:
- Expose more params from https://github.com/graphistry/graph-app-kit/blob/master/src/python/neptune_helper/gremlin_helper.py (defaults: https://github.com/graphistry/graph-app-kit/blob/187bf5729ca12c4ea08baf83fcefb73eca9a1803/src/bootstraps/neptune/minimal.sh) : NEPTUNE_READER_PORT + NEPTUNE_READER_PROTOCOL ()
- Expose new auth modes from above
- Revisit REQUIRED params, esp. when supporting multiple auth modes
This can probably be put into simpler PRs:
- Expose existing params to yml
- Add new auth modes
- Once new modes are in, revisit required etc. guidances
