The template passes actionlint and the validator, but it has not run in GitHub Actions against a real pull request.

- The run installs
stackwise@stackwise, posts inline comments on the cited lines and one summary, and does not approve, request changes or push. - Any fix found goes into the template, and the README CI section links the sample run.
