What
The template passes actionlint and the validator, but it has not run in GitHub Actions against a real pull request.
Why
Action inputs, plugin install from the marketplace, allowed tools and inline-comment posting can only be proven by a real run.
Acceptance criteria
- A sample repo or branch with a seeded-bug pull request runs the template.
- The run installs
stackwise@stackwise, posts inline comments on the cited lines and one summary, and does not approve, request changes or push. - Any fix found goes into the template, and the README CI section links the sample run.
