Pass each agent the diff text or a temporary file path and the merge-base sha, and remove Bash from the agent tools and validator set. Done when the eval scores the same after the change.

What

Lens agents have Read, Grep, Glob, Bash. Agent frontmatter cannot narrow Bash to read commands, so read-only is enforced only by their instructions.

Why

An agent with unrestricted Bash can change the repo if it misreads its instructions. Passing the diff and the base sha in the prompt would let the agents work with Read, Grep and Glob alone.

Acceptance criteria

  • SKILL.md §7 passes the diff text (or a temp file path) and the merge-base sha to each agent.
  • Agent tools is Read, Grep, Glob; the validator's allowed set drops Bash.
  • The dotnet-webhook eval, which uses the auth and silent-failure agents, scores the same.
