説明
Problem
Simulation time advances inside the matplotlib animation (GlobalXYVisualizer). Simulations can't run without drawing, sensors can't have their own rates, and the test mode is a separate code path.
Expected change
A Simulator that advances time with a fixed dt and notifies observers (visualizer, metrics). The visualizer only draws. Test mode runs the same loop without drawing.
