Why
On 2026-10-07 we published 12 merchant guides (docs/integrations/*.md). Each was produced from one spec: a live payment with the SDK, the same 402 refused for another payee with zero signatures, the guide's code run verbatim from npm, and the MCP entry loaded by the real MCP server. The scripts live outside the repo, so contributors can't add a merchant the same way.

Acceptance
Re-generating an existing guide (e.g. Pinata) from its spec produces the same file; the verify step fails if a snippet doesn't run.
