Línea de trabajo
Start by inspecting the existing merchant guides in docs/integrations/ and how the site publishes them; the issue says the current scripts are outside the repository. Define the spec.json format and add scripts/merchant-guide/run.mjs, gen.mjs, and verify.mjs for the stated payment, generation, and verification steps. Done means regenerating an existing guide such as Pinata produces the same file and verification fails when a snippet does not run.

Descripción
Why
On 2026-10-07 we published 12 merchant guides (docs/integrations/*.md). Each was produced from one spec: a live payment with the SDK, the same 402 refused for another payee with zero signatures, the guide's code run verbatim from npm, and the MCP entry loaded by the real MCP server. The scripts live outside the repo, so contributors can't add a merchant the same way.
What
scripts/merchant-guide/:
spec.jsonformat (origin, payTo, url, method, body, maxPerTx, pricePin, optional timeoutMax);run.mjs: payment + injection check (needsPAYER_KEYwith a few cents on Base);gen.mjs: writesdocs/integrations/<NAME>.md;verify.mjs: runs the guide's ts blocks from published npm packages and loads the MCP entry over stdio.
The site already publishes every docs/integrations/*.md automatically.
Acceptance
Re-generating an existing guide (e.g. Pinata) from its spec produces the same file; the verify step fails if a snippet doesn't run.
