The deprecated calls are at lines 1339, 1353, 1362, 1375 and 1376 of the climada.hazard.tc_tracks module, where a MultiIndex level is dropped without naming the id variable. Start by reading those lines and checking how the id level is used around them. Then run the integration tests that reach that code to reproduce the warning. Done means those calls drop the id variable explicitly and the DeprecationWarning no longer appears.

DeprecationWarning
Deleting a single level of a MultiIndex is deprecated. Previously, this deleted all levels of a MultiIndex. Please also drop the following variables: {'id'} to avoid an error in the future.
