Start by tracing the lineplot backend handling of the showMissingness='allVariables' option and compare it with the referenced boxplot behavior. Resolve how missing y-axis values, x-axis bins, proportions, and line breaks should behave, then document the agreed behavior and add coverage for the selected outcome.

this may be another case like boxplot where its maybe best to not include 'no data' values for the yaxis.. i cant return a mean of 'no data', and in proportion mode for categorical y axes thinking about toggling no data on gives me a headache (would it automatically become numerator and denominator values or something?)
as for the xaxis.. i dont mind returning a no data bin but it doesnt feel right to connect it to the other markers/ data points w a line and were already using line breaks for 0:0 proportions i believe
so maybe this shouldnt be an option ever for line plot?
