Research direction

The bad dependency is the @holodeck/sdk entry with the file:../../../holodeck-sdk/ts path in the repo-root package.json. Run pnpm install at the root to reproduce ERR_PNPM_LINKED_PKG_DIR_NOT_FOUND, then check where the SDK actually lives relative to the root. Done when the root install succeeds, either by correcting the path or by removing the stale entry, and per-package installs still work.

Description

agent area:holodeck good first issue priority:p2

The repo-root package.json (a leftover from the old CLI layout) declares @holodeck/sdk: file:../../../holodeck-sdk/ts, which from the repo root resolves to a path outside the workspace that doesn't exist, so a root-level pnpm install fails with ERR_PNPM_LINKED_PKG_DIR_NOT_FOUND (per-package installs work). Fix the path (../holodeck-sdk/ts) or remove the stale root dependency; consider a real pnpm workspace root.
