Research direction

Start in packages/provider-http/src/provider.ts and read how currentSample and remember select and cache samples during reads. Add a regression test for the described read followed by an unrelated partial update; done when the read continues returning the newer value after that update.

Description

review-finding

From the GPT review of #89 (head 9002547), P2. packages/provider-http/src/provider.ts currentSample/remember. Steps: subscribe to /v and receive {"v":1}. Unsubscribe /v while /w keeps the channel open. Receive {"v":2,"w":0}: read(['/v']) returns 2. Then receive {"w":3}: the same read returns 1, because v=2 was never written to sampleCache. Fix: when a newer payload is used to answer a read, cache the selected sample with that payload's seq. Add a test for a read followed by an unrelated partial update.
