Línea de trabajo

Read the dataset documentation and the documentation for MIMIC-CXR-JPG first; the issue names no specific files or tests. Clarify where each dataset can be downloaded and which files PyHealth supports, especially the distinction between MIMIC-CXR and MIMIC-CXR-JPG. Done means users can identify the supported dataset and required files; a linked pull request already exists, so check its status before taking this on.

Descripción

Right now, we just assume the users know where each dataset is located, and exactly what files are required.

But, MIMIC-CXR vs. MIMIC-CXR-jpg are 2 different datasets referencing the same dataset.

MIMIC-CXR-JPG is supported, but MIMIC-CXR is not.
