Intermediate Response headers not printed for Digest Auth

Ejecuta el comando de HTTPie proporcionado contra el endpoint digest-auth y compáralo con la salida de curl. Traza cómo DigestAuthPlugin, la llamada a requests.request y el manejo de --all/--print representan las respuestas intermedias; se considera completado cuando tanto los encabezados 401 iniciales como la respuesta 200 final se muestran según lo documentado.

The 401 Response is missing although I have specified --all and the documentation explicitely states that "The intermediary HTTP communication include followed redirects (with --follow), the first unauthorized request when HTTP digest authentication is used (--auth=digest), etc."
