Start with the log: the update runs python.EXE -m pip install --upgrade wxPython and pip answers 'Requirement already satisfied ... (4.3.1)' while UniGetUI logs success, so compare the version pip reports with the version UniGetUI re-reads afterwards. Reproduce by upgrading a pip package and checking whether the next scan still lists it as outdated. Done means the upgrade is not offered again after success, which likely needs maintainer input on which interpreter or site-packages path is checked.

UniGetUI findet ein PIP Programm und will es immer wieder installieren.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Der Installer erkennt das eine neue Version vorhanden ist und installiert sie. Wenn man aktualisiert hat findet der das gleiche Update nochmal. Es sieht aus als ob er das Update nicht gemacht hätte obwohl es im Logfile zu sehen ist.
