The payload names no files, so start by finding where the right-click context menu for package list items is built in the C# codebase, and check whether package metadata already exposes a release-notes or homepage URL. When right-clicking an installable package that can be updated, it is hoped that the right-click menu can include an option to quickly jump to the package's release notes, such as the GitHub release page.
