[BUG] errors during startup after install 2026.3.1 and packages will not update

The payload names no source file. The log shows startup messages from the manager detection, the Winget (pinget) and PowerShell managers, and a version-parsing warning for '2.4.0p7'. Reproduce a fresh install, then trace where the 'enabled but not found' messages and the Winget upgrade failures originate. Done means the root cause of the update failure is identified and the reporter's Foxit.FoxitReader upgrade case behaves correctly. The maintainers have not yet confirmed which part is the bug.

Fresh install of the application, i noticed some packages failed to update mentioning new version allready installed or not applicable.

When looking in the log of unigetui i noticed errors when start up.

Not sure, but I think it is related to the missing chocolaty package that the updates wont run

Also i know an update for example foxit.reader is available so the message in the log is not true:
WinGet package Foxit.FoxitReader keeps being offered as an update to 2026.2.1.39815 but the upgrade never sticks after 3 attempts; suppressing it until a newer version is available (issue #5158 )
