What
The #7604 race is back on the 14.93.0 generated document editor (the Harmonia 3 editor, #7770 / PR #7832). On the create page, a relation picked before the page has finished its option loads loses its dependsOn fill: the dependent field keeps its init: default.
BusinessIntents base-sales-invoices test/invoice-entry.spec.js, "B1 the customer's language is taken even when the customer is picked at once":

Expected
A pick made while the page is still loading must be honoured, as #7629 made it on the old editor. Either register the dependsOn watchers before the first pick can happen, or replay the current relation values once the loads settle.
