After you have made a few Uploads into the Bulk Install UI, if you hit the browser's Reload (or put the cursor in the address bar and press enter), everything in the UI is gone and your are (visually) starting over.

Basically it unexpected acts like a Reset. However, all the unprocessed uploads are still in /App_Data/BulkInstall/Sessions
